• Atlas & Chilli is not liable if real-world events differ from projections, scenarios, or examples discussed.
• Atlas & Chilli provides tailored guidance to support your organisation’s understanding, decision‑making, and sustainability‑related capability. This guidance is advisory in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, or operational instructions. You remain responsible for all decisions and actions taken within your organisation, including how any guidance is interpreted or implemented. Atlas & Chilli accepts no liability for implementation outcomes or any consequences arising from the use of this information.
4. Professional Conduct & Respect

5. 1:1 sessions

If relevant details are not shared or if new information emerges afterwards, the guidance may no longer be accurate or applicable. They are not therapy, crisis support, or legal advice. You remain responsible for the decisions you make following any session.
Atlas & Chilli is not liable for any loss, action, or outcome arising from how you choose to use the insights shared.

11. Feedback and Complaints
Atlas & Chilli is committed to delivering work with clarity, integrity, and professional care. If you have feedback or concerns about any aspect of our service, you are encouraged to raise these directly so they can be addressed promptly and constructively. You may submit feedback or a formal complaint using our feedback form.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to provide a full written response within 20 working days after reviewing the matter in detail. If further time is required due to the complexity of the issue, you will be kept informed. As an independent consultancy operating within an evolving sustainability landscape, all concerns are managed internally. If you remain dissatisfied after our response, you may request a further internal review. Once this review is complete, the internal complaints process will be considered closed. This procedure does not affect your statutory rights, nor your ability to seek independent advice or pursue remedies available under UK law. Professional indemnity insurance is in place to cover the business in the unlikely event of a claim relating to professional negligence.
12. Regulated Topics
Atlas & Chilli provides strategic sustainability consultancy. Most aspects of this work are not subject to statutory regulation. However, certain related areas — for example, financial services topics regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), or schemes such as ESOS regulated by the Environment Agency (EA) — may fall under specific regulatory frameworks. Where a piece of work touches on a regulated area, this will be clearly identified, and any advice provided will be limited to general guidance. Atlas & Chilli does not provide regulated financial advice or act as a regulated entity. Clients remain responsible for obtaining any regulated or profession‑specific advice outside the scope of Atlas & Chilli’s sustainability‑related technical expertise, such as legal, financial, or statutory compliance advice.
